We live in rural part if Donegal, my wife has a disability which we have explained to the driver. It's not every day we get out near the town or main road but the driver insists if their is no other deliveries in the area to leave the package in a shop on the main road where it could be sitting for days even though we have paid for home delivery. I have spoken to the lady in the shop who tells me every one is complaining to her so this must be a regular issue but its not her fault. We have no other issues with any other delivery other than fastway. Pooor poor service
