There should be a zero star button for companies like fastway. There is actually no way of tracking something (although they give you a tracking number I reckon they pay someone just to make them up). Unfortunately I didn’t realise the company I had ordered from used fastway as their delivery service, if I had known I wouldn’t have used them. The last time I had the ‘pleasure’ of this company delivering, they’d thrown my package over the side gate even though both me and husband work from home - I didn’t realise for a week. I kept trying to contact fastway with no joy and it was only by accident that I found it over the side gate. Disgraceful and a shambles of a service.
