I am having ongoing issues with Fastway and struggling to get them resolved. I have an outstanding package from early December 2022 that has just not arrived. Called to Hawkes Bay twice to follow up and nobody seems to know anything. I was initially told they tried to deliver it but couldn't and later told that it never went out for delivery as there was no phone number attached (I buy online all the time and never had this issue before). The online customer service has gone dead, despite numerous emails requesting updates.
This week again I have had the pleasure of not having a package delivered on time. I have been assured it was out for delivery on Wednesday (it's now Friday and no sign). Is there a way I can OPT OUT of dealing with them , or choose another courier? This company should not be in business and the service provided is shockingly bad. If the only way to assure you get your package is by calling daily to the warehouse (30 mins drive from my home) what is the actual point in ordering online? No phone line makes it all the more frustrating trying to resolve the inevitable issues.
