The worst courier company I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with, driver marked my parcel as delivered when it wasn't, after a week of emails trying to locate it eventually it was found in a grey bin at another premises nowhere near my postal address, absolutely appauling customer service, no cares given if you get your parcel or not will never buy of beauty bay again just so I never have to deal with this courier company again!! please take my advice DO NOT USE!!!
