I would leave a minus rating if I could. In my experience this company are careless, chaotic, shoddy and mendacious. They say they've delivered when they haven't. Then they lie again and again and hide behind pseudo-customer care. They are inaccessible and deliberately slippery. I cannot understand why any legitimate company would use this courier. Pure horror and no comeback at all. AVOID
