Fastway tracking stating that they were unable to deliver (twice)as no one was at home , even though we are at home 24/7 . I don’t know what is going on with their parcel tracking updates but they are completely false
They have no phone number or e-mail address , so they are impossible to contact .
I will state in all future on line orders not to use Fastway as the service is awful and customer support is non existent .
I did not believe that a courier company could be this terrible until I experienced Fastway.
