I was at home expecting a parcel today and was told I wasn’t home? I have a video doorbell and I can safely say that nobody from Fastway attempted delivery! I provided a mobile number for my delivery at checkout but I guess that would be too much to ask that the driver phone the contact if they’re having difficulties delivering! It’s also extremely frustrating to get in contact with anyone there, no phone number, no email address, no Facebook messaging and no ‘Support Button’ on the bottom right hand corner of any screen!!! They only seem interested in selling labels to businesses and don’t give a sh1t about the end user!
