Fastway are the worst parcel delivery service that I have ever had to deal with. I would recommend that sellers do not use them for anything. I have tried 3 times to make contact with them for a parcel that was not delivered and the tracking shows that it was returned to sender. There is no way of getting in contact with them other than an automated support tab on their website and they send an automated email where they promise to make contact within 24 hours, this does not happen. I wish there was an option to give no stars. Please DO NOT use Fastway.
