I chose to have the package delivered to a pickup point rather than to my home as I was out that day. I got an SMS to say it was delivered on Friday morning and I went to collect it on Friday night. The staff in the shop would not give it to me without a PIN from Fastway but I was told it could take up to a week to get the PIN to collect the parcel, even though I could see the parcel there on the counter, addressed to me. Eventually the guy in the shop gave me the parcel after he photographed my ID. The following Tuesday afternoon, after e-mails to Fastway, I finally got the PIN to allow me to collect my delivery.
