Waiting 2 weeks and still no parcel. Tracker says it is misdirected. I was advised to drive to Portarlington to collect it. Seriously? Isnt that why i paid money so i wouldnt be doing that?
.No phone call. I sourced a mobile number but the manager will not answer his .mobile. Customer Care is zero.
