If I could give a minus rating I would.
I have read through a lot of the other posters comments and I see many similarities in my own experience so need to give the details. How they are in business still is beyond me. Absolutely f****** USELESS. They 'delivered' Dec. 21st and left it in our non-existent porch. Still hasn't arrived. I sent e-mails that are now into double figures with no reply. In future for online purchases I am now going to add in the 'additional instructions' box ..... please do not use fastway.
