I got an email from these telling me they tries to deliver yesterday. My son was working from home all day and nobody called to the door. I’m trying to contact them this morning - awful experience. No number to ring and the help desk referred me to a website operated by Chronopost - it’s in France and they don’t speak English. They replied to by query though by sending me. Link to fedex who have no know of my package. What am I supposed to do? So frustrating. Appalling service.
