Back for a short time in Ireland. Fastway informed me that they would deliver my product on a given day. Stayed in all day only to receive a notification at around 9:40 PM saying they made an attempt to deliver my parcel. No such attempt was made as I stayed in all day. Promised to try 2 more times in their email. Said they tried again the following day, had to be out for an appointment but a family member was here. Didn't receive anything. Never received a phone call or phone calls while they were supposedly attempting to deliver my parcel. No door bell was ever rung. Tried contacting them. They didn't respond. Tracked the status of my parcel which said that it was being returned to the sender. Tried contacting them again by email and my phone (impossible to talk to anyone). No joy. Really unprofessional! Terrible service. 1 star is too much!
