This so-called delivery company are liars. They say they've delivered a package when they haven't, and their customer service is awful. They can only be reached by chat, and the morons they have manning their chat lines disconnect without even attempting to solve the issues.
This company consistently lies, are virtually impossible to communicate with, and have no ethics or morals about misleading their customers. Do not use them!
