I have read a good few of other people's comments so no need to add my tale of woe, all very similar experiences.
Without any doubt or hesitation the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across.
If I could give a minus star rating I would and it wouldn't be one either.
Have you seen the trust pilot star rating? Only counts the ones above 4...... hmmmmmm.
