What a joke, ordered a book and when it was due to be delivered they left an email to say it was undelivered because nobody was home..my wife sat waiting, didn't ring the intercom,didn't put the book in the letter box, didn't contact my mobile...then rather than resending they sent it back to the retailer....terrible service and no easy way of contacting them to address the issue.
Never again will I use this service as dpd are far better.
