I was notified that my parcel was delivered, however it was not at my home. I contacted customer service who advised me they would check with the driver and get back to me. That was 4 weeks ago, I have contacted customer support multiple times only to be told the jobs has been assigned to someone so they couldn't help.
This "customer support" is a joke. No way to contact anyone directly.
I can be sure that where I see Fastway are the courier service, I will not proceed with my purchase.
Would give 0 star review of possible.
