Parcel "delivered" to number 75 but the address on the package is clearly number 65. Hence parcel incorrectly delivered.
Parcel itself placed under the front gate at the end of the drive - left to the mercy of the elements. I have no idea how long it was in that, nonsensical, position before it was discovered. Hence parcel incompetently delivered.
Not impressed.
