FASTWAY lost my package. The package was addressed to an OOHPOD address and marked delivered but I never received a notification from OOHPOD about a delivery and they confirmed it was never received (attached)
I contacted FASTWAY through their online support which states a 24 hour response timeline yet it’s been 1 week without human acknowledgment of my issue.
I have resorted to going through every possible avenue to ensure their staff and CEO are aware of this issue.
