Constantly getting emails that they attempted delivery when they didn't (I work from home so am here all day). They dump parcels down the road from my apartment block, I had this happen to me and neighbours. Customer service do not reply, if they do they are not helpful. It puts me off ordering from a company if I see their courier is Fastway. DPD is far better. Reliable, great communication and super fast delivery.
