My package was due to arrive on Thursday 21st November. I paid extra for it to arrive this day. No tracking information from inaccurately named "Fastway". Company I ordered from did return cost of my express delivery. However the parcel did not arrive until today Wednesday 27th November, 6 days later. It was an expensive item so was meant to be signed for. Working at home this was no problem. I received a message this morning to say package had been delivered? Thought this was strange as I had not signed for it. Went to front door and nothing there. Looked down garden and the package had been thrown onto the wet and frosty lawn. If I hadn't been home the package probably would not have been there when I returned. Companies need to stop using this courier. It is by far the worst service ever. This has not been the only issue with them. I will no longer shop now with retailers that use them. Wake up and realise retailers that you are losing customers and money not saving it.
