The service is appalling. I was contacted 11 days ago to let me know that the parcel was going to be delivered that day...I haven't heard again. No is replying to my queries. The last 4 out 5 parcels delivered by them ended in refunds. The most outrageous excuses.
This time not even that...the just not replying the queries.
