One Star is Too Generous for This Company If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has proven to be completely irresponsible and careless. I recently ordered a monitor worth €500, and instead of delivering it with any sense of professionalism, they left it outside my house in the pouring rain. To make matters worse, my house is right next to a bus stop, meaning the package was left exposed in full view of passersby. Not only was it soaking wet when I found it, but it was also at serious risk of being stolen. How can a delivery company think this is acceptable? They didn’t bother to knock, ring the bell, or even leave a note. It’s as if they were actively trying to ensure my expensive purchase was ruined or stolen. This level of negligence is utterly outrageous. I’ve tried contacting customer service, but they’ve been slow and dismissive. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They have no regard for their customers or the items they’re entrusted to deliver. Absolutely appalling experience.
