Absolutely a load of bollacks. Waited at home all day for package to be delivered, nobody knocked. I sent three emails over two days, nobody replied. I even updated to a 'safe place' so they'd have easier time finding the address if that was the issue, other than that no form of contact. Nobody rang me. And now there's no update or way for me to revive my parcel which had hundreds worth spent on its content. Said they'd deliver the next day and never did!
