I am very disappointed with the delivery service. One day, I received an email saying that my parcel had been delivered and a signature was obtained — but I never received the courier, and no one signed for it. Today again, it shows that a delivery attempt was made and failed, but no one came to the door. This level of service is unacceptable. Very poor communication and unreliable delivery.
