My parcel never arrived! The courier lied he/she made no attempt to deliver the parcel. I was in fact at home waiting on such parcel and no attempt to contact me by phone was made nor was there a note left to say they attempted to deliver my parcel. Why was it not left in a safe place like previously? Because the courier couldn't be bothered to deliver my parcel on a Friday evening. This is unacceptable, I do not know when I'm going to receive my parcel or if I even will receive it. It's probably lost now! The fact that I can't even contact customer service now because you are closed and I have to wait till Monday and I probably won't even get a reply.
