Ordered items on Tuesday 9th July, received email on Wednesday 10th that the package has been handed to courier. The tracking number still has no information on it one week later. I have contacted Fastway and the seller twice querying this. I have yet to receive a response which is quite frustrating, on reading reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence. I think companies need to review this courier partnership.
