Fastway is absolutely terrible. It has been over a week and my parcel still hasn’t been delivered. Nobody answers the phone, and emails are completely ignored. The customer service is non-existent and the lack of communication is unacceptable.
This is by far one of the worst delivery companies I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend Fastway to anyone.
