I ordered some products on 7th January. After I contacted that company once, and Fastway 3 times ( 2 by email and 1 in person ), I finally got my parcel just a few minutes ago.
It's 18th January today and it was supposed to be delivered between 11th-13th January.
This is unacceptable ! In 2020, I have to wait 11 days for a box to make it from London,UK to Dublin,IE .
And that's the Fastway !
P.S. The products are ok, no issues with them.
