I have used your services many years. Support staff is always very responsive and helpful. Two minor things I experience from time to time: Email sometimes is quite slow for days, probably the result of CPU intensive jobs running on the shared server. Also once in a while I find the outgoing emails I sent are blocked by recipients because the whole email ip was blacklisted without me being the cause. But other than that I am happy with the service and have been using you since 2002.
