Ordered on 23rd February still no parcel or refund for the alternative option they gave me since it was cheaper at the time.
I asked for tracking and find it out they gave me fake screen shot of delivery saying I wasn't it which was for Switzerland when I live in England.
They first said my tracking was with dpd then it change to another courier.
All they're doing now is blaming it on covid.
I've asked for refund and they keep denying me refund as they say its out of there hands now.
Rip off.
