After purchasing some products on 25.03.2024 (Order number #406046), the company did not ship the goods.
They informed me that they needed two weeks to restock the products and would then cancel and refund my order. However, I have not received any refund so far. It is around €140 that has not been returned to me.
I have tried contacting them via email and have asked for the refund, but unfortunately, no refund has been provided so far. Really disappointing.
