Order number #406046 (from last year!), the company did not ship the goods. They said the items were out of stock, and they would cancel the order and refund me.
However, I have not received any refund so far! It is around €140 that has not been returned to me.
I have contacted them multiple times, but no refund has been provided. Really disappointing.
