After being a loyal customer for 7 years since 2019 and never having any problem, this year the situation completely changed!! Pay attention!! Now they are acting like scammers: they answer randomly with many days or weeks of delay, they never shipped anything, tried to propose alternatives but never shipped them, they ignored my request to refund, and now I will report them to the competent authorities for investigation. It's the first time in many years that I see such delay and still no feedback, please consider I am a loyal customer and kindly let me know the order shipment status please. I don't understand what's going on and why you are not answering to my emails. Please if you cannot deliver my order for any reason, just cancel it and make immediately the reimbursement.
