I was skeptical at first with sizing but went with a xl when im normAly is large in regular cut clothes... these clothes are obviously custom slim fit or tailored fit as you can say for the more than average gym goer. My blue sateen short sleeve shirt was perfect sized for my body. I love the quality and color.
