“I ordered matching father-and-son clothing nearly 10 days ago, and it was delivered to the wrong address. I was then asked to go and collect it myself, which I refused. I requested a refund but have still received nothing. This company has really gone downhill, and the delivery service they use, Evri, is the worst. This is the third time this has happened. “Spent thousands of dollars with them. Love the product but worst customer service you could imagine. Send email after email with no response. Have not received items months later, and they do not respond. How does a company operate this way? Got 1 text message response months later, saying they would give me a gift card which they never did. Joke of a company.”

“Shipping was very fast (located in Florida, shipped from UK it seems). I ordered 4 Boxy Stretch collar button down shirts. In the model picture, it looks like it fits well, and flows effortlessly. In person, the quality felt like I was wearing cardboard. They use a very weird material, that feels rigid as hell, and feels like it cant ever be smoothed out/ironed out. Does not feel like something that would be comfortable in for more than 30 minutes. Putting it on, it looks way slightly different from the guy in the picture (probably because hes on gear, which I figured before I ordered it). Wasn't satisfied with the quality of the items. Went to return it and Im hit with a $25 return fee which is pretty unfortunate. Guess I am out $25 because all 4 shirts are going back immediately.”

“5 Stars EVRYTIME!!! There is no better clothing product on the market for guys that go to the gym. It is literally the only brand i own in my whole wardrobe. Please start doing smart shoes. lol Outstanding fit, outstanding quality, outstanding service EVRYTIME! I spend an absolute fortune with these guys because its always quality. And for being suchj a great customer I am always getting discount codes and Scott even gave me a £250 free voucher. Honestly would never shop anywhere alse, and cant wait for weekly new release. Kepp up the great work guys.”

“I ordered $1431 from them. They say on checkout you have to pay the fee's to import if its over $799. Import taxes are 2.4% which is $38. I am fine with that, BUT the package got stuck at customs telling me I had to update the information to have it release (they had to not me) and rather than putting $1431 worth of goods they put $1431*21 (which is how many items I had) which means they told customs this package was worth $30,051. So now for me to get my package UPS says I have to pay $371.84. So long story short, their support is horrible and is trying to tell me this is correct. Anyone that can do math or use a calculator knows that $370 on import taxes on $1431 is wrong. Again 2.3%. So far no resolution and I will refuse the package of course and not do business with them ever again. If you are in USA DO NOT BUY from them.”

“Poor quality goods made in China. I was very disappointed in the quality, I returned the goods unworn and they were sent back to me stating they could not take returns for underwear, despite the quality issue??? Still had labels on! Sharks and Sons more like. I had to pay for return postage. I am in favour of supporting local, but these give hardworking companies a bad name. Online shopping should allow for returns of poor quality goods. Poor, very poor- steer clear. Bad service, bad quality.”

“What did not go wrong ? Orders for specific time and date. Wrong sizes both waist and leg length delivered. Need to be returned. Won’t be resolved until post event. Whoever picked order for delivery was at fault.”

“DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMERS! I bought 3 shirts from the them it was defect . I tried to return it by sending an email so they could send me the return label and they refused!!! Don't throw your money in the trash with them!!!”

“Modern day thieves!!! Criminals in disguise!! Stay well clear of this company!! Quality is mediocre at best an don’t even waste your time trying to get a refund or return an item!! I’ve reported them to my bank an the ombudsman!!! They need to be closed down!!!”

“Amazing products This is my second time I order from them….. 1 year ago also 1 big order …… amazing customer service ..,.. I did 2 orders….. 1 on my partner name and 1 on my name On the same day ….. I send them a email if they could put the 2 orders together and refund my shipping cost… from 1 order… . They did not replay to my email… but they respond within 2 days on my Instagram chat message….. and they said they will take a look at my email…. They already payd my shipping cost back on my creditcard within 24 hours…. Amazing thank you 🙏🏽. For the amazing customer service … .. also they have amazing high quality very good for athletes my partner is a big fan of there website. He looks truly amazing in the clothing this is the only brand that is very good fit for fitness athletes I would recommend it to everyone. They shipped my products very fast got deliverd with DHL Express. Amazing fast delivery in the Netherlands and very high quality. We are more than grateful 🙏🏽”

“Purchased from them many times and quality is ok but sizing varies a lot. Moved out of UK and then found out their return and exchange policy is a total rip off and customer service sucks despite being a clear, long term customer. Been put off from ever buying again as a result.”

“I’ve ordered with them 2 or 3 times no problem , usually good quality shirts, fast shipping. Was sent the complete wrong item and was told I had to pay to send back and then purchase all over again . Would have recommended if it wasn’t for shipping errors and extra fees to exchange even though they sent the wrong item”

“If you’re lucky you’ll find your size before throwing hundreds of dollars away. Forget returns cause you’ll be paying too much to do that. So you’re stuck with lots of clothes that don’t fit. Every single style they make fits differently. T-shirt sizes fit different from dress shirt sizes. I take a large in their v necks but need an XXl in their tight ass dress shirts which are stiff and very uncomfortable. I have a wardrobe of junk from them😂😂😂 Good Luck!!!!!”
