“Returned a workout shirt that was dirty on arrival, and a dress shirt that didn't even come close to the photos. Been a long time customer, and the quality seems to be heading in the shitter. I live in New York, so to get charged postage and a refund fee is ridiculous. I got slightly more than half my money back for your crappy clothes. Never again. Lesson learned”

“Got these for my boyfriend for Christmas. First off, it’s insanely expensive, but I ordered 3 shirts, and two sets of trousers. Note they do NOT accept exchanges, only returns. I now have to pay an exchange fee for the shirts that didn’t fit of 27 Dollars?! WhT kind of company charges to exchange? Even out of country, no excuses. Janky.”

“I love their clothing but their customer service sucks, they charge for shipping back orders and I’m unsure what grade of lambs leather their jackets are. They’re nice clothes but they’re more made for men who are built and I’ve found their shirts are very long like a dress. Pros: very nice looking clothing, good fit if you’re fit, comfortable, quality made. Cons: sizing is weird, you have to pay for exchanges, shirts are too long, only suitable for built men or fit men. No dad bods. Customer service is bad, expensive, shrinks in wash.”

“Normally take a 32”waist, they DO NOT except exchanges, only returns with a hefty price on shipping. Do not purchase from this company.”

“Advertising photos differ from pic to pic, so 9 imes out of 10 you WILL NOT be getting what they advertise. Its perfectly clear their only objective is that money by any means necessary.”

“Please be carefull and don't order outside England, means EU and rest of the world, in case wrong size you have to pay shipping twice and you have no money and product. Absolutely don't recomended these services!”

“Father Sons refuses to reimburse the postal costs when returning the full order. According to consumer law, they are obliged to do so. I wanted to return my full order due to poor quality of the clothing. The fabric feels cheap and the sizing is irregular. This means that for receiving an order and returning it, you will pay GBP 19.99 + GBP 24.99 = GBP 44.98 just for postage. To conlude I wouldn't recommend Father Sons for their poor quality fabric, poor customer service, and not abiding to consumer law.”

“I can't say enough good things about these shirts. I first bought one to see how they would look, feel, and fit. Oh boy, these shirts fit like a glove, they look great and they're made of great quality. I immediately bought four more, different variation of the Luxe Super Slim fit. Now, I am nowhere NEAR as buff as those guys in the picture but you don't have to be. I'm 6'4 and weigh 200lbs; I do have a fairly flat stomach and I keep in shape. I am NOT muscular, just thin. These shirts fit absolutely great and I"m not exagerating when I say that these are the best looking athletic shirts I have ever bought. Thank you!”

“Not very happy with what I got from Father Sons. The sizing is wack and the $30 fee for international returns with no option to exchange is outrageous. In total, I’m out $45 just in shipping two shirts.”

“I have mixed feelings about this company. Some of their clothing is excellent and some of it is not so good. The jeans, sweaters, hoodies and t shirts I’ve never had any issues with. Some of the dress shirts however shrink badly after one wash, even at 20 degrees. Ive particularly noticed this with the denim, oxford and standard cotton super stretch shirts. The luxe ultra stretch shirts seem to be the highest quality and do not shrink in the wash and this is probably due to the shirt being mainly tencel. Overall I like this brand but some shirts have flaws. It’s not great considering you pay £40-£50 for some of the shirts so would expect the shirts to be fit for purpose. If they could fix this issue they would get 5 star as the shirts initially look good before washed.”

“I'm 6ft, all the t-shirt are long on me, but fit everywhere else. Never had this problem before. Please note different t-shirt Styles are cut different. The large fits me in 1 style and x large in another. You get told about your delivery on the some day as it's delivered. I got a text at 10.30 saying it will be delivered between 12.37 & 2.37. Obviously I missed that delivery, then the nightmare began. Couldn't contact anybody by phone or email, my reference number wasn't recognised......”

“Fantastic clothing that fits like a glove. I had an issue with a leather jacket and the customer service couldn't have been better. The best customer service I have experience. They arranged a free return and are sending me a replacement out. First class company and as a result I've I've renewed my wardrobe with them. Give them a go I can't rate them highly enough. They need 10 stars.⭐🤗”

“Terrible experience. I am from the US and placed an order. For one, their sizes run extremely small, so you need to up a size or two. I reached out to their CS team to return my items that were too small and they told me I needed to request a DHL shipping label from them in order for my items to get back to them in the 30-day return policy window. The cost for shipping it back would come out of my refund ($30 usd). I said ok fine, and requested the shipping label. No response. At this point, I am time crunching to respect their 30 day return window and went to my local USPS willing to spend $50usd to guarantee 3-5 day international shipping. The return address they gave me, does not exist and they could not guarantee my package would even make it where it needs to go. Overall, I'm stuck with items I am not happy with and they are no help. This place is a scam and I would not waste your money. If you ever need to return anything to them, prepare for a nightmare.”

“I've ordered a shirt from them, it came exactly as it looked in their ads. I don't understand the amount of negative reviews. The shirt arrived in 2 days and was simply great. Maybe take a look at their size charts and make up of their shorts before you order then whine 🤷‍♂️”

“Ordered the black ribbed hoodie, it came within 2 days with dhl, and i'm located in new york. The hoodie looks amazing and fits great. I'm 5' 8'' 200 pounds and a XL is a perfect fit. The material is great and i'm impressed. will be ordering from them again. I saw some negative reviews online in the past, but I just wanted to share my positive experience with this company, they are great in my book.”
