“I ordered $1431 from them. They say on checkout you have to pay the fee's to import if its over $799. Import taxes are 2.4% which is $38. I am fine with that, BUT the package got stuck at customs telling me I had to update the information to have it release (they had to not me) and rather than putting $1431 worth of goods they put $1431*21 (which is how many items I had) which means they told customs this package was worth $30,051. So now for me to get my package UPS says I have to pay $371.84. So long story short, their support is horrible and is trying to tell me this is correct. Anyone that can do math or use a calculator knows that $370 on import taxes on $1431 is wrong. Again 2.3%. So far no resolution and I will refuse the package of course and not do business with them ever again. If you are in USA DO NOT BUY from them.”

“Poor quality goods made in China. I was very disappointed in the quality, I returned the goods unworn and they were sent back to me stating they could not take returns for underwear, despite the quality issue??? Still had labels on! Sharks and Sons more like. I had to pay for return postage. I am in favour of supporting local, but these give hardworking companies a bad name. Online shopping should allow for returns of poor quality goods. Poor, very poor- steer clear. Bad service, bad quality.”

“DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMERS! I bought 3 shirts from the them it was defect . I tried to return it by sending an email so they could send me the return label and they refused!!! Don't throw your money in the trash with them!!!”

“Modern day thieves!!! Criminals in disguise!! Stay well clear of this company!! Quality is mediocre at best an don’t even waste your time trying to get a refund or return an item!! I’ve reported them to my bank an the ombudsman!!! They need to be closed down!!!”

“If you’re lucky you’ll find your size before throwing hundreds of dollars away. Forget returns cause you’ll be paying too much to do that. So you’re stuck with lots of clothes that don’t fit. Every single style they make fits differently. T-shirt sizes fit different from dress shirt sizes. I take a large in their v necks but need an XXl in their tight ass dress shirts which are stiff and very uncomfortable. I have a wardrobe of junk from them😂😂😂 Good Luck!!!!!”

“Extremely cheap, generic mens wear. Does not fit “athletic or muscular builds” any better than the average piece of mens clothing Do not touch with a ten foot pole. Stay away and save your money!”

“Good quality and fast shipping. But, I was waiting for a year for them to get a sateen shirt back in stock only for them to send a non sateen one. The serial number is the same, meaning they just false advertised it. "You can send it back." Yes I can, if i pay 30 pounds shipping for something that is their fault.”

“Clothes are excellent !! Love the quality and fit . However , The return policy and customer service is absolutely terrible !!! They don't send way bill info in the package , as they say the will , This prevents you from returning the item. I have sent well over 20 emails with no reply's . This is so unfortunate that they operate like this , I would have been a customer for life , sadly I won't purchase from them ever again.”

“First off they only sent 1 out of 2 items I ordered. when I finally got my order it was 2 weeks late and DHL delivery driver either stole the package or didn't care to deliver it. Customer serve sucks and were extremely rude. I do not recommend this business at all. only positive it that the pants did fit but were made cheaply. typical European clothing brands.”

“Undersized. I wear a Large off the rack from any brand in the world, except this one. Everything is too small; hard to get my head through it. Basic cotton shirt, nothing special. Cost a fortune with shipping and duties, no exchanges lol. Never again, sorry. Maybe my kid can wear these to school.”

“Returned a workout shirt that was dirty on arrival, and a dress shirt that didn't even come close to the photos. Been a long time customer, and the quality seems to be heading in the shitter. I live in New York, so to get charged postage and a refund fee is ridiculous. I got slightly more than half my money back for your crappy clothes. Never again. Lesson learned”

“Got these for my boyfriend for Christmas. First off, it’s insanely expensive, but I ordered 3 shirts, and two sets of trousers. Note they do NOT accept exchanges, only returns. I now have to pay an exchange fee for the shirts that didn’t fit of 27 Dollars?! WhT kind of company charges to exchange? Even out of country, no excuses. Janky.”

“Please be carefull and don't order outside England, means EU and rest of the world, in case wrong size you have to pay shipping twice and you have no money and product. Absolutely don't recomended these services!”
