Terrible experience. I am from the US and placed an order. For one, their sizes run extremely small, so you need to up a size or two. I reached out to their CS team to return my items that were too small and they told me I needed to request a DHL shipping label from them in order for my items to get back to them in the 30-day return policy window. The cost for shipping it back would come out of my refund ($30 usd). I said ok fine, and requested the shipping label. No response. At this point, I am time crunching to respect their 30 day return window and went to my local USPS willing to spend $50usd to guarantee 3-5 day international shipping. The return address they gave me, does not exist and they could not guarantee my package would even make it where it needs to go. Overall, I'm stuck with items I am not happy with and they are no help. This place is a scam and I would not waste your money. If you ever need to return anything to them, prepare for a nightmare.

Terrible delivery system. They don’t give you a date of when they’re delivering. Then I get an email at 10:35 saying it will be delivered between 12:10-14:00 so I get home at 12 and the delivery driver came at 11:10! Now can’t re deliver for 7 days. Absolutely ridiculous delivery service.

Having retrospectively checked out the reviews, no surprise that their rating is 2.3/5. I sent back two shirts; one for a different size and one for a refund. They refunded the cheapest shirt, and returned the cheapest shirt (which I didn't want). They acknowledged that it was their error but their resolution attempt was extremely poor and they made no effort to resolve or to ensure customer satisfaction. Their shirts are not cheap, so you should expect A* service and they fall short of this.

Absolute joke of a company ordered a top 2 months ago still not received it and can not get a reply to an email. Avoid this company at all cost thief's and cowboys.

I tried to order two shirts online from these guys and upon check out I realized I was goinna get a size bigger just in case , I didn’t wanna have to deal with the hassle of shipping things back so I cancelled the order within 30 seconds of confirming and got an email saying my money was refunded . 2 days later no money has been refunded to my bank account . Has anyone else had delays on refunds ?

Placed an order, order was confirmed, payment taken. Had email telling me item had been shipped, then email from the courier last night and again this morning telling me when item would be delivered (today by 4pm) Waited for delivery, at around 3pm I have email and text message from Father and Sons telling me order cancelled (no stock) and they have refunded me (this is after order confirmation on wednesday, shipping confirmation yesterday and delivery confirmation this morning!!). No refund in my account. Utterly incompetent and I don’t see how it’s possible for it to get to the stage of the courier confirming delivery - someone had to have known before now that this item did not exist, no doubt it will be blamed on a ‘system error’ but who was responsible for preparing the item and shipping it, and then confirming they had shipped it?! For someone to not have noticed by this stage just does not seem plausible. The person processing the order and then whoever was packaging the shipment must have known there wasn’t an item to be packaged, so why wasn’t this flagged up then? Instead they keep my money for three days and only inform me the item is out of stock an hour before the supposed delivery is due to take place. Its only a couple of days until Christmas and I’m not in the position to buy another gift without this refund. So my son is going to wake up Christmas morning with no gift. I’m heartbroken and angry in equal measure. No contact phone number, only email and auto response saying they will try to respond within 48 hours ‘but’ it’s Christmas, so I don’t hold out much hope in hearing from them or getting my refund before Christmas. Even if they do refund, no doubt my bank will hold the refund for 3 working days before releasing it for me to use, which seems to be the case with refunds. However, had this issue been brought to attention right away then I could have chosen a different item from Father and Sons or at least there would have been time to refund me and for me to have that money back and available to spend before Christmas. A shame as I’ve shopped with them a couple of times before and have been happy with the orders but this has been appalling and incompetent every step of the way. I will update if or when I hear from them and if or when I get my money back.

Bought a few shirts not long after they started up, but now they literally never have any of the shirts you want in stock unless you are XXXXL or Xs. There is an option to click on for F&S to email you when they come in which I have clicked numerous times but not one notification. I give up and won’t bother looking anymore....absolutely pointless!!!!!!!

I have purchased a few items from them but 6 weeks ago I returned a shirt that was the wrong size and colour so just wanted to swop it for the correct one but I’ve had no reply at all,they don’t reply to emails either,It seems once they have your money they don’t care so I won’t be buying anything else or recommending them to any more friends.

Brought some shirts from them and there is too much fabric just at the shoulders. Tried size S,M. No matter what size I tried all of them have this issue on all shirts. Returned them to back and then they returned them back saying they have been worn. I’ve literally just tried them on once to see if they fit. Be warned, if you try anything on even once they may not refund you. The customer service is very bad. By law for postal goods ordered online you should be able to try something on and return it for a refund if you want. Obviously it must be in resellable condition. Mine was completely in resellable condition and tried on only once. I think they may actually be breaking online trading law. They just want to grab your money and don’t care at all about after care or customer service.

One of the worst quality shirt I bought . Expensive and after one wash ( on 30deg delicate) the shirt not only shrank but look so haggard and white shirt looks so pale . Spent £40 on a short and wore it twice . This is a genuine review . Even one star is a generous rating . Never bought any shirt from them . You better off buying shirt from ASOS. Excellent return , no postage charges and half the price and last 10 times more. You need to pay for returning shirts . Save your money !

Ordered ripped jeans as on a picture and received different model(classic non-ripped), wrote an email to cust.services and they sad that I'm wrong but after that changed the picture on website, didnt even admit that they made a mistake. First and last time I ordered something from that sh***ole

Feel completely conned after returning for an exchange as Father sons refused the return .Illegimate springs to mind as I feel I have been conned as all I wanted was an exchange for a larger size so would never recommend this company and can see why the reviews are so awful

Sizing is awful, you have to pay to return items and have to send courier or recorded. Order same shirts with same number get different sizes. They are aware but say its down to the material.
