I order a fair bit of clothing from smaller boutique brands and have to say my experience with Father & sons has been terrible.
I placed an order for 5 items and received 2. I had no email to notify me of the reason for this and after being asked by the customer service team to send a photo of my package I was then informed the website had an inventory error and so they would need to refund me. I bought a shirt which matched with chino shorts so now have to go looking for similar shorts elsewhere. I understand these things happen and am not one to leave a review unnecessarily however in this instance, why ask me to take a photo of the parcel if they knew they were out of stock? makes no sense and the fact i had to enquire with them to get to the bottom of this is completely unprofessional. I would stay clear there are far better boutique brands popping up everywhere with great clothes.
