Recently I had to ask for help from Fat Llama Resolutions Centre. It was a minor issue, but I had troubles with resolving the matter with the borrower directly. My case manager has connected with me via email and guided through the process. As on outcome, I have received the funds to repair my electric scooter. Painless, quick and efficient.
