Simply terrible customer service. It has been a month and a half since the last shipping update and still no package. When you pay $400 for a pair of boots you would prefer that you receive the product in the riding season. Zero chance of contacting them on the phone and emails get a canned response. When they actually did reply they said that due to COVID they couldn't provide details for any shipping or tracking. Will never use them again.
