“My experience with FC Moto was nothing short of a disaster. Delivery took much longer than anticipated. Although I was promised 3-5 working days, it took almost two weeks. When the boots finally arrived, they had a manufacturing defect. Upon contacting FCMoto, I was told that they cannot do an exchange, only a refund.
As I'm in Switzerland, I had to pay the import tax and added delivery fees, which I would have to pay again if I returned and reordered. I insisted on an exchange, but they refused and instead agreed to reimburse me the import VAT and delivery fee, so I could simply order again. Upon returning the defective boots, and despite FC Moto saying that I would be reimbursed the VAT and the delivery fee, I was ultimately reimbursed even less than what I paid for the boots, cheating me out of the full amount!
Their customer service is atrocious, and their business practices feel fraudulent. They should be able to exchange products that have manufacturing defects, and if they agree (in writing) to reimburse a customer, they should uphold the agreement. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN SWITZERLAND OR OUTSIDE THE EU.”
“Absolutely appalling, ordered a pair of boots on the 2nd October by the 15th not arrived, contacted them FC who gave me a shipping number which I tried to track but after speaking to Royal Mail international (numerous occasions) the Item had been lost due to incorrect labelling and on the 22 of October Royal Mail had sent it back to FC , during this time I sent numerous emails to FC and a ‘Ahmed’ there responded by saying we’re investigating it . Now they will not refund me until they have received the item back from Parcel Force. I have raised this with PayPal who just drag their feet . I never got the item so why am I awaiting a refund ?”

They have one of the worst customer services I have ever experience in my life.
They wrote my name wrong on the delivery adress and instead of trying to help to make a correction on the delivery to get the things faster, they told me the order had to be cancel and my money would be send back in around 2 weeks.
Their solution, just buy the things again to save time.
So I need to pay 2 times for products I haven't seen yet.
This people are backwards.
Dont waste your time with people that have no clue for logistics or customer service.”

A customs declaration is the process of declaring items you are shipping across international borders. Items shipped across international borders are typically subject to import/export taxes, customs duties and fees. Please note: When declaring articles, it is essential not to be vague in the description of the articles, and FC-MOTO.de has not done this.......
I paid extra shipping costs to be delivered faster, but my package was stuck in customs for over 1 week. DHL contacted FC-MOTO.de but they never responded to them.........
I contacted FC-MOTO.de but they responded 10 days later with no solution.
My package was held hostage because if I didn't pay the DHL fees, they would send my package back to FC-MOTO.de
And please believe me, because of this I paid $900 in fees to DHL to receive my package.
Of course, customs fees were applied because for 10 days they had time to open the box and everything: taxes were $230 and I accepted them, but more than $650 because FC-MOTO.de "forgot" to stick the customs declaration on the packaging.
DHL applied over $650.00 in fees because they worked 10 days for the customs declaration....
I was on the phone, by email with DHL 3 times a day for 10 days to find a solution.
I made the customs declaration myself, and believe me it's complicated because I'm not a professional and I don't have the customs codes.......... and finally I paid exactly $866.26 more to receive my package.......so with the extra shipping costs $900.00 more.............
No apology from FC-MOTO.de , no refund from FC-MOTO.de , no compensation from FC-MOTO.de .....
FC-MOTO.de Customer service is not effective because it does not respond............. so easy to "work" like that.............. .. ................
Now, I ordered 1 month ago, and they don't care at all about the customer that I am............. just no respect for the customer...... they collect the money , and that's all !
So, if you think you're getting a good deal by ordering from them, RUN away because it will ultimately cost you a lot more than expected!

“Unreliable Delivery and Lost Package
when I ordered the "SIDI Mag-1 Boots" from FC-moto. Little did I know that it would turn into a nightmare. The delivery was delayed multiple times, and when the package finally arrived, it was completely damaged. To make matters worse, one of the boots was missing! I reached out to FC-moto's customer service, hoping for a solution, but they seemed indifferent to my predicament. Losing a package and receiving damaged goods is simply unacceptable.”
