I purchased a pair of Belstaff boots after doing extensive research on proper sizing. The size 46 EU / 13 US boots arrived and while the footbed is a proper size the leather uppers are seriously undersized and defectively sized. I have a perfectly normal size 13 US foot and the zipper was over an inch apart and impossible to zip close. Given that as a consumer I had no way of assuring these boots were properly constructed I would hope that FC-Moto would offer some level of customer service. But they completely rejected offering any form of assistance. I was not only out the $27 shipping charge but also $63 to ship them back. This is probably the worse experience I’ve ever had with a supposedly legitimate online retailer
