I hate having to wait forever for items I order online. FC&A does great when it comes to getting merchandise that’s been ordered online out to their customers. I for one am most grateful for that. I haven’t had to deal with Customer Service concerning any large orders, they are very professional and friendly on the phone.
I’m also impressed with the selections of merchandise. All in all, I like FC&A Publishing.
