I have used the cream rub for several years. I have a bum knee and use the rub twice each day because it eases the pain and used with my custom knee brace allows me to walk and move without much pain most of the day. It also has a pleasant fragrance without being overpowering as do most pain relievers. It will remain my favorite external pain reliever.
