I’ve been well pleased with the heat pump that FDG fitted for us. John, who fitted it for us, is a credit to the company. He obviously takes pride in his work, and everything’s working well. No installation is free of problems - we had a leak in new pipe work - John immediately came out - this was on a Saturday afternoon (!) and sorted it. So, with our good experiences of FDG so far, it made sense to get them to fit a second system, and further improve our Energy rating by having them install underfloor insulation. (And thanks John and Ian for doing that (!) …not the nicest job in dusty. cramped conditions but you did a cracking job) FDG could certainly work on customer communication but overall I really recommend FDG : Steve and the rest of his team are a good set of lads.
