Waited months for something to come back in stock and then weeks for deliver only for them to deliver the wrong product. I then spent 40 minutes on hold on the phone after trying to solve via web chat, waiting for response for 20 minutes then gave up. I was told I was 1 minute away on the phone for 20 minutes. Eventually got through to very grumpy man who informed me I'd have to wait another few weeks for delivery of correct item. I won't ever use the company again.
