I pre-ordered a top from Feather & Stitch which was dispatched as soon as it came into stock. It arrived beautifully packed with a personalised note. Sadly the colours didn’t work so I sent it back. They acknowledged receipt of the return the day they received it and advised when the refund would be processed. Can’t fault their customer service.
