About Feather & Stitch:

Our aim at Feather & Stitch is to provide a fabulous boutique shopping experience outside central London. Each season, items are handpicked from mainly Danish, French and other European designer labels with a focus on stylish everyday pieces - well cut jeans, luxurious knitwear, silk blouses and dresses and beautiful accessories.

Owner and Founder, Fiona Sanderson, cut her teeth in the world of fashion travelling the globe as a buyer for a big high street retailer before founding Feather & Stitch in Richmond, Surrey in 2009. This was also the year Fi had her first baby - Fi has found it interesting at times juggling the two!

Feather & Stitch's mission is to help customers find their own individual style and one of the team is always on hand to offer one-on-one styling advice. We also order items in specifically for customers and pride ourselves in delivering an amazing shopping experience and personal service.

“Feather & Stitch were a pleasure to deal with. My purchase arrived beautifully wrapped with a hand written note, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately I had to return my order due to size issue. My refund was promptly returned.”

“I love the personal, professional and flexible service I always receive from Feather and Stitch. They actually phoned me when one item was not available and suggested I try the smaller size and would absorb shipping costs if it did not work out - and it was on sale. Super service from friendly helpful staff who know their merchandise and appreciate their customers' taste and needs.”

“Always a pleasure to order from Feather & Stitch which I have been doing for a number of years now, they provide a great online experience. Ordered Sunday, received Tuesday! Always packaged beautifully with a little thankyou note. Returns are dealt with in the same quick courteous manner. Highly recommended company.”

“Isappointed with the response I got from this company. I ordered a jumper and less than 2 days later they took another 20 percent off. I asked them if they would refund me the difference and they wern't that interested. I was really disappointed as I liked this little shop but will not buy again from them.”

“I adore the items from feather and stitch! Already a firm staple in my closet- I feel like each piece was carefully found just for me! The choice of contemporary designers is such a breath of fresh air and makes for unique styling. The girls in the shop are so friendly and overall it’s been one of my favorite shopping experiences!”
